VA-1 is a humanoid figure consistently observed appearing at various locations significantly earlier than any scheduled event or known activity. This arrival time ranges from minutes to several hours in advance. In all documented cases, VA-1 remains silent and motionless, often standing alone near entry points or central gathering areas.
Physically, VA-1 is described as a middle-aged male of average height, dressed in a formal dark suit that appears somewhat outdated in style but clean and well-kept. Facial features are indistinct in all visual records, either blurred or obscured by low lighting and shadows. VA-1 does not respond to verbal or physical interaction attempts.
Importantly, VA-1 is not noted to interfere with physical environments or individuals beyond his presence; no evidence of hostile behavior or direct manipulation has been recorded.
